Appliance Retail and Service
Sales were flat, website traffic and leads were not growing, and there was a great sense of frustration with what they should do with digital.
They went from $30m to $117m in sales, advertising dollars went down to $200k/year, website visits increased 2,566% to 800k, and margins are up 5% in an ultra competitive industry.
B2B Technology Providers
They saw the value of inbound marketing but weren't sure how to implement it. Traffic and leads had stayed relatively flat, even after hiring another agency.
Their organic website traffic grew 11X from 494 visits per month to 5,560. Contacts have since increased 350%, and $500K in sales can be attributed to the changes in how they do business.
Lifting and Rigging
They wanted to fulfill their company mission and instill confidence and comfort in every customer interaction. This meant being a company that can educate, is transparent, and one people can trust.
They went from 5.5k visits per month to 20k, 50 leads a month to 240, and now rank for 7,659 keywords with 1,245 found on the first page of search engines. Their sales revenues is up almost 20 million dollars.
Commercial Roofing
The websites organic growth had flatlined, and word of mouth referrals were often the primary driver of generating new business.
They grew their organic traffic to 4,763 visits per month, over 22x (2,147%) within their first year. Their organic lead generation has led to job bids valued at over $14 million.
Commercial Real Estate
Their organic website traffic had been fairly stagnant for years, and they weren't generating quality leads. They also needed a way to estabilsh and solidify themselves in their local market.
Their organic monthly traffic skyrocketed from 2k to 23k. They are now seeing an average of 200 quality leads generated per month and they increased their first page keywords by 2,909% (11 to 331).
Foam Insulation Solutions
They were spending a lot more money on marketing and advertising, and they weren't getting any better. Metrics were stagnant and/or plateaued overall.
Their organic monthly traffic jumped from 7k to 300k after 18 months. Their leads also increased from a monthly average of 10 to over 350 and their total pageviews are now over 1.1 million.
Furniture Retailer
Traffic and contacts were flat. They had not yet adapted to new buying behaviors, and as a result, revenue had plateaued too.
They can attribute $3 million in revenue in a single quarter to content marketing. Their organic monthly traffic increased from 1.1k to 33k after 18 months. There leads also achieved an all time monthly high of 400 after 18 months (previously averaging 6/mo).
Office Furniture and Technology Retailer
They saw the value of They Ask, You Answer, but struggled to implement it themselves. They wanted to better incorporate the philosophy into their blog articles and their business as a whole.
Since starting with IMPACT, Office Interiors was up to 14,000 visitors (2,000 in 2017) and 150 (20 in 2017) marketing qualified leads annually, and we generated over $1 million in revenue in 2019.
Freight and Logistrics
They were a small player in a field of multi-billion dollar companies, so they struggled to get their name name out their and attract leads. They has little to no visibility online, an unidentified sales pipline, and flat traffic growth.
They can attribute $5 million to their pipeline just from content marketing. Their organic monthly traffic jumped from 1.6k to 14.6k after 16 months. Their leads also increased from a monthly average from 9 to over 120.
Pole Barn Builders
They knew they had to do something different to remain competitive and keep lead generation up. Traffic was flat, and revenue wasn't increasing.
In past 2 years, they had 145% increase in traffic. They now receive 350 leads per week (up from 180). From a revenue standpoint, they've seen a $5 million turn around in profit.
